The high court is expected to decide on the fate of the trial of Lehlohonolo Scott and his mother subsequent to her failure to appear before court on the 22nd of March whereby the hearing was postponed to the 28th March.
Owing to the Scott’s lawyer advocate Thulo Hoeane, Mrs Scott missed the appearance due to her illness which medical tests proved to be tubecolosis and she will be able to stand for her trial after two months of her treatment ,with regard to this report, the presiding judge Justice Teboho Moiloa alluded that on the 9th May 2017,the court will decide whether to coduct this son and mother trial separately.
