The Director of Public Prosecutions(DPP) withdrew the case in which Remaketse Sello of Lesia, was accused of contravening the provisions of copyright order of 1999.

According to the charge sheet before the Maseru Magistrate Nthabiseng Moopisa, Sello was alleged to illegally and intentionally communicated the music of the said group without their consent on the 1st February 2015.

The charge sheet also says Sello was alleged to have made the music videos and sold the copies to the public without the approval of the group.
