Harvest FM celebrated its fifteen years anniversary at ‘Manthabiseng Convention Centre in Maseru on Saturday the 2nd June 2018.

At the occasion the founder and the Managing Director of Harvest FM Mrs ‘Malichaba Lekhoaba, expressed her gratitude to all the supporters and the listeners of Harvest FM, saying by the grace of God Harvest FM has made it this far.

She further said the listeners and the supporters of Harvest FM, have always been there with the station through thick and thin.

In his remarks at the same occasion, the Minister of Communications, Science and Technology Honorable Thesele ‘Maseribane, said it is their desire as the Government of Lesotho, that every district has access to all the radio stations in the country.

He said the Government has heard about Mpho Senatsi, the granddaughter of ‘Manthabiseng Senatsi, who got assassinated on the area where ‘Manthabiseng Convention Centre is located.

Honorable ‘Maseribane promised that ‘Manthabiseng Convention Centre will be renamed ‘Manthabiseng Senatsi Convention Center, to name it after ‘Manthabiseng Senatsi who was brutally beaten and killed at the place.

He further promised that the Government of Lesotho will offer a full scholarship to Mpho Senatsi, whom after the death of her grandmother, her mother and her father was not able to continue with her studies.

The celebration was graced by the presence of the Minister of Finance Dr Moeketsi Majoro, Movement for Economic Change(MEC) leader Honorable Selibe Mochoboroane, and other members of the parliament.
