In compliance with section 233 (1) &(2) of the Lesotho Labour code of 1992,as amended part xx; the three teacher organisations wish to pronounce themselves on their stand to picketing on 2nd and 3rd August 2018 pending the outcome of the 6th August 2018,conciliation of the two parties, Ministry of Education (Moet)and the teaching fraternity.
 

Picketing is scheduled as thus;
 

1. On the 2nd it shall start at 8am at the Education offices across the country till
4pm.

2. On the 3rd, it shall start at 8am in the same areas till 1pm.
 

We therefore, strongly and or absolutely advise all teachers during picketing, to exhibit good behavior and execute good choice of words silently and verbally. We as teacher formations appeal and or call on all Basotho in their respective groupings: parents, church leaders, school boards, school proprietors' students and everybody in good faith to support our struggle in all forms legal and acceptable.
