Mohale's Hoek, October.25 -- With the aim of introducing herself to the Local Authority, the newly appointed District Administrator Ms. Moleboheng Lebele has met with Heads Of Departments on Wednesday.

Ms. Lebele who originates from Ketane, Kokobe, pleaded with HOD's to work hand in hand for the betterment of the district, noting that she would do the same as she holds highly people who love their job and work selflessly regardless of the low salaries, if ever there is such.

She concluded by noting that her desire is to work jointly with relevant stakeholders until such time when she will be vacating the office.

Moreover, Representation from Government and Private Sector both acknowledged the fact that the latter is from Mohale's Hoek, noting she fully understands challenges the district is faced with.

She is succeeding Mr. Bahlakoana Ts'olo whose contract expired on October, 01, and her role is to represent the interests of the Central Government at a district level, by coordinating duties and functions of all public officers and all government ministries within the district as well other independent institutions.

Ms. Lebele is a businesswoman who worked as a Data Processing Officer at NICR from 2013 to 2017. Upon expiry of her contract with NICR, she went back to her business until now when she takes over the office of District Administrator. She holds a Diploma in Home Economics from Lesotho Agricultural College.
