The minister of Education honorable Mokhele Moletsane  says the government should buy Basotho produce instead of foreign, this he said last week on behalf of the minister of communications,science and technology, during the annual science ,technology and innovation week held in MASERU

Honorable Mokhele  articulated that the government serves 35 ministers every Tuesday with refreshments from foreign produce, saying  Basotho should  reverse this status quo  and begin to supply the government with their own products

On the other hand he said that it is encouraging to see Basotho’s initiatives that were presented , reiterating that if Basotho could be consistant with innovations  ,Lesotho’s economy will grow, adding that there is a need to intensify research, in order to reach the goal of a prosperous Lesotho by 2020
