The leader of M.E.C youth league  who is  also the M.E.C candidate in Mosalemane  Mr Molumaele Lepeli, says Mosalemane Constituents have been deprived of their  basic needs such as  water supply , roads and electricity for a long time.

Lepeli said this at the voters gathering which was organized by L.C.N  in Mosalemane  on Sunday ,indicating that during the  post-election, they will ensure that Mosalemane gets all the fundamental infrastcture   that include among others   electricity , roads ,and water.

He accentuated that His Leader Mr Selibe Mochoboroane  normally implements  his promises , saying Mochoboroane  was going to initiate  electrification project  in Mosalemane on the 1^st  of April this year ,but his plan was prevented  by  Reshuffling of  ministers ,since he had to leave the ministry of  Energy and Meteorology.
