The Secretary General of the United States of America (USA) Anthony Blinken is reported to have explained that the USA will retaliate if its soldiers are attacked in the Middle East.

Blinken's news comes at a time that Iran is reported to target Palestinians from the Hamas group in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army (IDF) is reported to be continuing to bombard Gaza with deadly aerial bombardments.

Reports indicate that 30 people, including women and children, were killed after IDF airstrikes hit a political activist compound in Jabalia, near Gaza. It was in this attack that 27 people suffered horrific injuries.

The total number of people who died in Gaza is more than four thousand five hundred, while those injured are more than fourteen thousand since the seventh of last month.
