Court of appeal assistant Registrar Adv Mosito Rabotsoa says the preparations of the court will commence immediately after the meeting between the court of appeal President,t Justice Kananelo Mosito KC and the law society of Lesotho and all the stake holders.

Advocate  Rabotsoa Indicated that starting from yesterday to Sunday,the court is going to be working on selecting the days in which the appeal cases will be listened to.

the appeal court started preparations of the listening of the appeal cases which very soon will be available on the program of the court.

He further articulated that the 12 and the 18 November 2018, will be marked as the days  for the listening of the details that appear in the cases, before the commencement of such cases.

However, from the 18 November  to the second December 2018, the court will listen to the appeal cases that will appear on the court`s program shortly.

This will be the first sitting of the court after two full years of the absence of the President of the court of appeal.

Justice Kananelo Mosito KC was sworn in as the President of the court of appeal on the First November,and he started work on the very same day
