The Development for Peace Education (DPE) gave Basotho an opportunity to express their views, on the national constitutional reforms in open public discussions held in Maseru yesterday.

In his opinion Chief Makoanyane Letsie of Mokhotlong said there are some institutions already set aside, which the constitutional reforms process will be carried out based on them, and said Basotho must understand those institutions for them to function efficiently.

He encouraged Basotho to learn the techniques King Moshoeshoe I used, to control the nation before politics came into existence.

In the same discussion the Deputy Chancellor of the National University of Lesotho Professor Nqosa Mahao, advised Basotho to introspect themselves before the national constitutional reforms process starts.

He said the national reforms are important for strengthening the administration of the government, and to improve the lives of people in general.
