The National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) encouraged all Basotho living in South Africa, to participate in the negotiations leading to the national reforms which will start on Wednesday this week.
In a statement NDPC expressed that factors including ailing economy, culture and political instability, forced Basotho to migrate to South Africa for employment.
The statement further says for this reason, NDPC found it necessary to include Basotho living in South Africa in the negotiations.
NDPC says opinions of Basotho who are living in South Africa will be necessary, and will be included in the pre-negotiations for the national reforms.
The process of negotiations for the national reforms conducted by NDPC in South Africa will be concluded on the 12th June 2019.
