South African Weather Service has warned that there is a high chance of light snow fall across South Africa and Lesotho starting today, but heavy snow of up to 20cm is possible.
According to the report the conditions will first be felt in the Northern and Western Cape today, except for the central parts of South Africa by tomorrow, with temperatures expected to decrease significantly.
The report further says two cold fronds are expected to result in significant drop in temperatures, with windy and wed temperatures, as well as snow in the Western and Southern parts of the country.
