A twenty-seven years old man of Qeme Letlapeng who is a security guard at one car dealer shop in Sekamaneng in the Berea district, was burned to death in a car.
The Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) Spokeperson Superintendent Mpiti Mopeli said on 24 July 2019 at around 8pm, neighbors saw a major light of fire at the place and they reported to the police.
He said the police found the car and the man burned, and reports indicated that the man had lit a prima stove in the car to warm him.
Superintendent Mopeli warned people to use safe heating equipments, to warm themselves during winter as fire is dangerous.
