Matekane Group of Companies (MGC) donated motorbikes, worth M540 000 to biker riders in Maseru on Tuesday 19th November 2019.

Speaking during the event, the MGC Head of Cooperate Communications and Marketing Mrs ‘Mamotake Matekane said MGC is committed to supporting local biker riders, and make their competitions a success.

Motake said this year MGC committed a chopper to provide coverage for the race, and to provide emergency and rescue services for all riders.

She said they have realized that Basotho are growing to love each other, to a point where they support ea other, and by this families and followers of these riders, follow them up throughout the competitions.

Motake also said as MGC they will take care of the riders with everything they will need, from today until the end of their race.

On behalf of the riders Mr Keketso Malebo from Lesotho Off-Road Association, expressed his gratitude to MGC for the motor bikes, and also encouraged the riders to handle them with care.

He urged riders to work hard to be in the top ten position, of the best performing motor bike racing teams, so that they attract more sponsorships.
