Two members of Revolution For Prosperity (RFP) have filed an application in the High Court seeking the court to declare the Executive Committee unlawful and unconstitutional and not regulated in the RFP constitution. The members Mr. Moloi Ralentsoe and Mr. Cowboy Sethati are from Makhaleng and Abia constituencies respectively. They said that the court should interdict and restrain respondents(Executive Committee) from holding themselves out as the members of the Executive Committee for RFP.  They
also request an order interdicting and restraining  respondents from organizing, facilitating and arranging for elections of any structure of the RFP unless and until they have themselves been elected in line with the RFP constitution.

They further wish the court to direct respondents to organize and facilitate for the holding of an annual general conference within 20 days of the order hereof or such other period of time as the court may deem appropriate for the election of the executive committee. Earlier the RFP Secretary General Ms.

Nthati Moorosi had said that it is their major challenge especially since people do not understand the mandate of RFP  saying that they are a revolution and not a political party therefore they will not operate like political parties when it comes to electing an Executive  Committee. She indicated that they came into government to restore, revive and develop Lesotho saying that if there was another way of becoming a government without politics they could have taken such a route. She highlighted that committees only cause factions emphasizing that their focus as “Thalaboliba ea Ntlafatso” is development of Lesotho therefore there will be no elections of committee until the next five years.
