Mr.Tumisang Sepepane, 35 of Maputsoe, Ha nyenye has
yesterday appeared before Qacha;s nek magistrate court
charged with murder of Mrs Maseabata Ramakeoanaof Thifa.
The deceased worked at Home Affairs NICR.The accused was
arrested by the police after passing through Matebeng fleeing
after fatally stabbing her in a bar at Ha- Ramatseliso.It is alleged
that the deceased owed the accused M400.00.
He will stand trial in custody as the trial will continue on May 30
at the said court. According to Gender Equality Academy &amp
Femicide Observatory 2023 data, on average thus far, two
people are murdered each day.
