The National Association of the Deaf Lesotho (NADL) president Ms Bongiwe Buzi has applauded the Jonson Manufacturing Lesotho Company for recognizing the deaf people across the country. This she said on Saturday, following job opportunities that the company has opened for people with the deaf disability.

Miss Buzi indicated that though this is a big opportunity for the deaf community to display their skills, it is however challenging that they have to go through the interview process as most of them had limited education.

She indicated that when given opportunities that are accompanied with training, she is confident that the deaf community can do any form of job opportunities presented before them.

Ms. Buzi however applauded the company for the initiative showing that it is a step into the right direction that the country is taking towards inclusivity.
