In the case where the Member of Parliament for Thaba Moea constituency,Mr. Lejone Puseletso, challenged the motion of no confidence in the Government of Lesotho, the court warned and appealed to lawyers in this case not to be influenced by political issues , but do their work as expected. 

Justice Molefi Makara who is one of the presiding judges in this case, said that this case seems to be unique among other cases that have been heard in the country, therefore he said lawyers should be argumentative, he also showed that they should avoid being controlled by their feelings, saying humility and respect are the most important things to consider.

Furthermore, the lawyers on the side of the applicants had a quarrel on who to prosecute the case, and the court had to stop for more than forty minutes, in order to find a solution to the issue of the lawyers, and on their return, they showed that Advocate Machaduka Mcawana is not a part of the case anymore.
