The Maseru Magistrate Court will set a date for  a case in which a Mosotho man aged 39 of Teya-Teyaneng Bokang Ramats’ella  is charged with contravening section 79(2) of no. 6 of 2010 read along with  section 79(1).

Ramats’ella who had appeared before the court on the 10^th February 2017, is still on bail that was conditioned on that he pays a deposit of M2000, attends remands and not interfere with crown witnesses.

According to the charge before court, Ramats’ella is allerged to have on the 27^th January 2017, at Thaha-Khube FM on the show titled Khakhathane ya Likhang intentionally acted in a manner that violated His Majesty’s reputation.
