The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences(DCEO) has confirmed taking actions on the fraud and corruption case against the Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Honorable Mothejoa Metsing.
According to authorities, DCEO has recently written a letter to the DPM notifying him of his plan to continue with a case.
DCEO further said the decision is in accordance with the decision that was taken by the appeal and constitutional courts which indicated that DCEO did not violate any section of the law by investigating the DPM bank accounts which seemed to have been receiving a huge amount of money Metsing then approached the court in August challenging the move by DCEO.
