The Lesotho Mounted Police Services(LMPS) is concerned with the increasing rate of crime cases, caused by the alcohol and drugs abuse in the country.
The LMPS warns people to not put their belongings, where they will easily be stolen by thieves.
LMPS spokesperson Supretendent Mpiti Mopeli said on the 27th January this year, a thirty two years old Mosotho man went to a celebration outside the country.
He said when he came back on Sunday morning, the man went to one bar at Ha-Pita Maseru, where he drank alcohol until he fell asleep in that bar.
He explained that when he woke up, the man found that his belt, shoes and car keys were stolen, and when he went outside he found that his car was also stolen.
Supretendent Mopeli said that the car was found at Tsoapolebolila in Maseru with its keys and the stolen clothes were not found.
