Yesterday the  Chief Justice Nthomeng Majara urged both the government and the business owners to continue in assisting the societies with finances in order to make work easier for them.

This she said yesterday in her speech at an opening ceremony of the year 2018 that was held at the high court in Maseru.

On the other hand Majara stated that the finances that they receive every year are not satisfying therefore she made a plea to the government to look into the matter differently on the next financial budget.

In terms of safety and security, she explained that all the workers of the high court are worried about the attacks and threats that are made towards them.

She further stated that the attacks are putting the lives of the advocates, the magistrates and all the members of the court’s lives in jeopardy.
