The All Basotho Convention(ABC) Party held a rally, at ‘Maliepetsane constituency in Mafeteng yesterday.

At the rally the party leader who is also the Prime Minister Dr Motsoahae Thomas Thabane, pleaded with party members to forgive them as their leaders, for the conflicts and misunderstandings that occurred in the running of the party and the government in general.

Dr Thabane said they are deeply sorry and they truly apologize, for ignoring the situation until it gets to the current condition.

He said the executive committee through the office of the Secretary General, has taken the initiative of negotiating with representatives of different government stakeholders.

He further said the war of words among some members of the executive committee, on different radio stations in the country, is a sign that the party leaders have lost the direction.

He explained that as the leaders of the party they will become important partners, to those they are leading the coalition government with if they see things the same way.
