His Majesty King Letsie III has commissioned Honorable Boomo Sofonea and Dr Palesa Mosetse, as the new high commissioners of Lesotho to Canada and Japan respectively, at the Royal Palace in Maseru yesterday.

At the event King Letsie III expressed his confidence in Honorable Sofonea and Dr Mosetse, as the new high commissioners of Lesotho in Canada and Japan, saying he believes they will be able to discharge their assignments, in a manner that will merit the approval of their appointment.

He said they are charged to serve the Government of Lesotho, and the people of Lesotho with loyalty, honour and integrity in their capacity.

He further wished them a success in their new assignments, and said he hopes they will fined their new duty fulfilling and pleasant.
