The Member of Parliament Honourable Mat’sepo Ramakoae, said women and children abuse does not affect only women, but men too as the victims of abuse are normally their children, their parents and their wives.

This she said at a conference that was held over the weekend, as a way of taking action against women and children abuse.

Honourable Ramakoae said as the women in parliament, they are willing to work together with men, so that they will be able to find the means of eliminating women and children Abuse thoroughly.

Furthermore, she said it is even better to work together, without having to consider their political interests, as nowadays people can`t seem to do anything without involving the politics.

However, she indicated that they are not benefiting from working alone without the men.

This is where she emphasized that women in parliament should involve the law, in matters concerning abuse.
