A 33 years old man of Maputsoe in Leribe is in police custody awaiting to appear in court charged with fraud.

According to the police report he claimed to be working in Letsheng Diamonds Mining Company, and took money from job seekers, deceiving them with a promise that he would find jobs for them within the company.

Moreover he is said to have continued raiding money from others, with the same false representation of pledging to hire their vehicles.

On the other hand a 31 years old man of Kolonyama working at the Post Bank, has also been arrested having been exposed by security cameras, as pinching money from the room that stores money within the bank, while issuing it to tellers as he worked in the safe room

Owing to police reports he has carried off notes amounting to M10 000 and he will soon appear in court.
