Some people with different kinds of disabilities have urged the newly elected community councilors to engage them for the progressive development of their communities.

They said their disability is not their inability and that it is high time that they are involved and considered in community developments for decision making purposes.

On the other hand, a physically disabled, Mr. Mokheseng Ncheke explained that within his community, there are sites which can be used for development of some sort so that the high unemployment rate among youth can be addressed.  He also said It is becoming clear that the rate at which unemployment rate is increasing, requires concerted efforts among all on how best to solve the matter.

On the other hand, Miss Tiisetso Sebota indicated that she has a hope the people with disability will be fully engaged for the developments of their communities, unlike in previous scenarios, where they were not considered.
