The Lesotho Congress for Democracy held a press conference yesterday to refute allegations echoed on different local media house which indicate that LCD Leader confiscated state property that include vehicle and a house.
LCD Spokesperson Teboho Sekata says its not true that LCD Leader has not returned the state property.
He quoted the Constitution amendment act no 10 of 2011 that stipulates that a person who holds the office of the Prime minister or Deputy Prime minister shall hold the office under circumstances prescribed in the constituition in the case of the Deputy Prime minister, if he has held the office for a period of 36 months.
Sekata said the these liars could have bought the constitution at the government print and read it considerably and carefully before spreading the allegations.
