The minister of police Honorable ‘Mamokhele Mokhele says police will engage in joint operations with the army with clear agreements that will not hurt Basotho nation.

The minister also indicated that they will strive hard to establish good relationship between  South African Police as to eradicate theft between Lesotho and South Africa citing an example where Qoaqoa Police in Free state, work in collaboration with Botha-Bothe Police to combat cattle theft between Botha-bothe and Freestate.  

Furthermore, she indicated that She is going to deal with murder cases which are  filed in courts of law.
