Under the exceptional leadership of Station Manager Likopo Koloi, we are ready to reignite hope and empower the next generation of great leaders in Lesotho, following in the footsteps of the esteemed Managing Director, Malichaba Lekhoaba.

The Harvest FM Kids Seminar, which successfully took place for two years prior to the unfortunate COVID-19 interruption, aims to plant seeds of greatness in the hearts of young children. We believe that by providing an opportunity for them to express their aspirations, we can help shape their dreams and aspirations, molding them into the leaders Lesotho deserves.

During the seminar, children will be encouraged to share their visions for various important roles in our nation. Categories include Prime Minister, Lesotho Defence Force commander, Police Commissioner, Little Pastor, Little Principal, and many more. Through friendly competitions, children will have the chance to showcase their creativity, leadership potential, and innovative ideas for these roles.

The culmination of the event will see ten exceptional winners embark on an extraordinary journey—a taste of their future careers. They will be granted the invaluable opportunity to shadow professionals in relevant offices, such as the Prime Minister, Commander of the Lesotho Defence Force, and Police Commissioner. By experiencing firsthand the responsibilities and challenges of these positions, our young winners will gain invaluable insight and inspiration for their own leadership journeys.

Following their taste of the future, the ten winners will embark on an unforgettable adventure to Cape Town, exploring remarkable destinations like Robern Island and other awe-inspiring places. This trip will further ignite their passion for leadership, providing them with unforgettable experiences that will shape their paths toward greatness.
