Educational resources are still a barrier for students at Matseka Primary School, Ha Mapote, Tebellong. The principal Mrs. Mapallo Hlephe urged heavily that they desperately need school building, which is basic in every school, shelter for conducive learning.  Mrs. Hlephe stated that, they go through so much during rainy season, adding that they previously would rely on Utility grant which is no longer given to them.

In an interview with the Agency, Deputy District Education Manager Mr. Mapepe Rakotje,emphasised that as the department  they are aware of Matseka challenges and have made request to their superiors, are awaiting implementation.Matseka Primary which still operates in Catholic church buildings, obtained 1st position in Qacha;s nek district in 2024 Grade 7 results, with Top 7 and Top 10.
