The Right Honourable Prime Minister, Samuel Ntsokoane Matekane, led the "Back to School" celebration at Koporale Primary and other schools in Thaba-Tseka. The celebration was held under the theme, "Together with one voice."

In his address, the Prime Minister highlighted that education is the foundation of community development and the key to life. He encouraged parents to send their children to school for the sake of Lesotho's national growth. He concluded his remarks by appealing to everyone to prevent child marriage.

The Minister of Education, Professor Ntoi Rapapa, thanked the Prime Minister for supporting this "Back to School" campaign, noting its vital importance to children and schools. He appealed to teachers and the general public to work together to ensure that every school-aged child attends school for the benefit of the country's development.

Those in attendance included the Deputy Prime Minister, Justice Nthomeng Majara, and Honorable Ministers Motlatsi Maqelepo, Thabo Mofosi, and Lejone Mpotjoane, along with senior government officials.
