Two men aged thirty-four and twenty-eight of Semeone Ha-Ntahli who are brothers to each other, attacked their seventy years old father for the money he received from Pension Fund.

The Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) Deputy Spokesperson Sergeant ‘Mareabetsoe Mofoka, said the men were robbing their father his money, complaining that when he received it he drinks beer alone while they only drink water.

She said the two men assaulted their father with sticks and did not take him to the hospital, knowing that they will be arrested if the police get to know about this attack.

Sergeant Mofoka said the police were notified about the attack and went to see the victim, where they found him with a broken leg and left unattended for three days.

She said the victim was taken to the hospital and died the following day.
