Prime Minister of Lesotho honorable Sam Ntsokoane Matekane launched Hololo Development Foundation at Khukhune in the Botha-Bothe district, on Saturday This foundation is established to produce agricultural products including fresh fruits and vegetables that will be sold country wide. While launching the foundation, Matekane mentioned that accountability will be the tool to determine whether the project will be a success or not. He urged the project members to maintain accountability, showing that if they will not account for the first batch of the funds received from their partners, they will definitely stop funding them.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, Honourable Lejone Mpotjoane said they have made investigations on why many projects fail and realized that they were destroyed by unfaithfulness and trust between the members. He told the gathering that the project is meant to overcome poverty in the Hololo constituency and the nation at large.
