In cooperation with the Lesotho Mounted Police Service, the non-profit organization Stymo Foundation held a community gathering to give clothes and educate residents of Ha Mokoetje in Matsieng about gender-based violence, importance of inclusiveness of people with disabilities, the prohibition of underage marriage, the importance of self-care and more.

The general secretary of this organization, Miss Lerato Mokoena, says more than hundred people, including children, have received these clothes, and they have chosen this village after they heard that it is one of the villages that is lagging behind in this type of education.

On the other hand, superintendent Cletus Sephapathi, has confirmed the goal of this organization which says that no child or disabled person deserves to be hidden. He said, hiding a disabled child is a crime and people should report it.

Moreover, the organization also encouraged parents to strive to have stronger relationships with their children. On behalf of those who attended this community gathering, Mrs. Mampho Ntabo thanked these seven organizations for doing something very big for them as the community.

Stymo foundation Lesotho is non-profit organization registered legally under the legal office of Lesotho in the year 2021 and was established to deal with children, youth, people with disabilities and homeless people among others.
