The Lesotho Mounted Police Service through the Department of Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating the death of a man who was found near Duma dam on Monday morning.In an interview with the Head of Criminal Investigation Division Detective Police Constable Fako 'Mokose said the corpse was recovered by members of the community of Khubetsoane who informed the police.

He highlighted that the deceased was found lying down wearing his clothes without any injury. His horse was grazing near him and they suspected that he fell  from a running horse and was trapped by an electricity wire.Head of Criminal Investigation Division said the police working together with members of the community have found the relatives of the deceased and  informed them about the incident while the corpse is kept at the local mortuary

Incidents of this nature are not common in the district whereby people are found dead without injuries , normally they are found with severe wounds, missing parts of the body.
