South African unemployed healthcare professionals marched to the Union Building yesterday, where they delivered a memorandum of demands to the office of President Cyril Ramaphosa.

In this memorandum of demands, they are saying that they are tired of being qualified and yet remain unemployed, therefore, they want the government to recognise them, they are saying that the government must create jobs for them in their health sector, since the private sector does not have enough space to occupy all of them.

As they continue, they point out that they have worked hard to get their qualifications, but now the government does not give them an opportunity to use those skills they acquired from different institutions.
