The Lesotho Congress for Democracy(LCD) through the Deputy General-Secretary Mpiti Mosiuoa has lodged a petition at the High Court of Lesotho against the irregularities of the past Snap Elections.
The respondents in the case include among others IEC, Attorney-General, ABC, ‘Mats’epo Makoae, George Mots’oane and Mahala Molapo.
According to the petition, LCD and the deputy General-Secretary wants the court to declare the elction of the national assembly members from Thaba-Phat’soa, Matlalakeng, Mphosong for the 3RD June elections invalid.
