The National University of Lesotho has denied allegations of Corruption regarding procurement of the university academic Regalia.

In its Press Release, the university said it   is aware of such allegations both on radio and print  by the SRC of the university

The varsity states that in 2015, five local Companies one of which is owned by a Chinese  National, were awarded contracts to supply the official academic regalia  which expire with the 2017 graduations

The university says  it is still preparing to invite  tenders from the public for the supply of academic regalia for the university for the next round in preparation for the 2018 graduations
